The ideal candidate will have experience in both quantity surveying and billing, handling cost estimation, financial documentation, and invoicing for clients and subcontractors.

Experience Required: Minimum 4 Years
Key Responsibilities:
• Quantity Surveyor Duties:
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and manage project budgets.
• Measure quantities and prepare Bills of Quantities (BoQ).
• Administer contracts and manage variations.
• Maintain accurate project records and reports.
• Billing Engineer Duties:
• Prepare and issue detailed invoices to clients and subcontractors.
• Review and verify subcontractor billing and payments.
• Monitor project costs and ensure accurate financial documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers and finance teams to resolve billing issues.
