Controller of Examinations

Appointment on full term basis. Desirable: experience conducting/assisting university or college examinations at executive level, a record justifying confidential work, and working knowledge of computers/software. Appointment is initially temporary pending a minimum 1-year probation. Selected candidates must submit a medical fitness certificate and a character certificate from their last institution; in-service applicants need a No Objection Certificate from their current employer (format included in the notification) or must produce it on interview day. University reserves the right to withdraw the post or not fill it, and its decisions are final.

Download the prescribed application form from sibsagaruniversity.ac.in → fill it typed (only the signature may be handwritten) → attach self-attested copies of all certificates/marksheets/experience proof, the NOC (if in-service), and the non-refundable DD → send 4 sets of the complete hard-copy application to: The Registrar, Sibsagar University, Joysagar, Sivasagar-785665, Assam. Superscribe the envelope "APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF CONTROLLER OF EXAMINATIONS." Must reach by 30 Sep 2026 — postal/courier delays are not excused.
