Genesys Coaching Center at Naliapool, Dibrugarh is hiring one male Academic Counsellor for field visits and one male Telecaller cum Customer Care Executive. The Academic Counsellor visits colleges, conducts student awareness programmes and seminars, deals with students, parents and educational institutions, and generates admission enquiries. The Telecaller cum Customer Care Executive handles customer calls and enquiries, gives customer support, manages social media accounts and messages, resolves complaints and coordinates with students and customers. Duty timing for the telecaller is 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
