Roles and responsibilities: - Maintain daily cash and bank transactions - Record all sales and purchase entries - Maintain vehicle purchase and sales records - Maintain customer-wise loan and disbursement records - Ensure timely submission of all accounting documents - Update all accounting entries on a daily basis - Report any financial mismatch or accounting error immediately to management - Ensure accuracy and transparency in all financial records - Ensure timely GST return filing and compliance - Ensure timely Income Tax Return (ITR) filing - Prepare monthly Income and Expenditure Statements and Balance Sheets - Maintain proper financial records and supporting documents for audit and verification
