Responsibilities
- Training outcome analysis: measure training effectiveness and its impact on performance using data; refine programs using feedback and metrics
- Individual feedback: set up structured post-training feedback and self- and peer-assessment tools; support coaching and mentoring
- Competency frameworks: define competency benchmarks for roles, align training with skill requirements and build career-progression learning paths
- Trainer support: mentor trainers and run capacity-building workshops
- L&D handbook: maintain a handbook of best practices, frameworks and guidelines
