HR and CSM Operations Manager

Youngfit Wellness is hiring an HR and CSM Operations Manager to work from home in Sikkim. Duties: - Recruit and select CSMs and other employees - Screen candidates and conduct interviews - Handle joining formalities and employee documents - Manage employee attendance and leave records - Coordinate CSM onboarding and training - Monitor daily CSM activity and performance - Track targets, programmes, registrations and follow-ups - Maintain salary, commission and incentive records - Conduct regular employee performance reviews - Manage promotion and career progression records - Handle employee complaints and disciplinary matters - Maintain HR and employee databases - Keep a continuous recruitment pipeline - Prepare daily, weekly and monthly HR reports - Monitor inactive employees and take corrective action - Support employee retention and team development Work mode: Work from home (remotely from Sikkim)
