Data Entry Operator (DEO)

Gauhati Medical College & Hospital invites candidates for a Walk-In-Interview (comprising Skill Assessment and Personal Interview) to fill one post of Data Entry Operator on a purely temporary and contractual basis. The engagement is under the Department of Health Research (DHR), Government of India-funded project for setting up and strengthening a nation-wide network of laboratories for managing epidemics and national calamities, based in the Department of Microbiology, Gauhati Medical College & Hospital, Guwahati-32, Assam. Candidates must report between 9:00 AM and 9:30 AM sharp on the interview date — no candidate will be permitted to report after 9:30 AM. The Skill Assessment will commence at 9:30 AM sharp, followed by the Personal Interview.

No prior application needed. Appear in person for the Walk-In-Interview on 8 October 2026 at 9:00 AM, at the Department of Microbiology, 5th Floor, Narakasur Hill Top, Gauhati Medical College, Guwahati-781032, Assam. Bring all relevant documents in original, along with one set of photocopies and a CV. Report strictly between 9:00 AM and 9:30 AM — late arrivals will not be permitted. No TA/DA will be paid.
