Vacancies: 2–3 About Wild Hill Adventure Wild Hill Adventure is a Guwahati-based travel company specializing in curated trips and travel experiences across Northeast India, including Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Assam, Manipur and Mizoram. We are expanding our sales team and looking for enthusiastic Travel Consultants who can understand customer requirements, recommend suitable trips and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings. Job Responsibilities * Handle travel enquiries through phone, WhatsApp and email. * Understand customer requirements, dates, budget and preferences. * Recommend suitable destinations, itineraries and travel packages. * Prepare and send quotations and itineraries. * Follow up with leads regularly. * Handle customer questions, objections and price discussions. * Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings. * Maintain customer and lead information in CRM/Google Sheets. * Coordinate with the operations team after booking confirmation. * Achieve monthly sales and booking targets. * Maintain professional communication with customers throughout the booking process. Requirements * Good communication skills. * Good spoken and written English. * Hindi is required; Assamese will be an advantage. * Good calculation and numerical skills. * Confident speaking with customers over phone and WhatsApp. * Good follow-up and negotiation skills. * Basic computer, email, WhatsApp and Google Sheets knowledge. * Interest in travel and tourism. * Willingness to learn Northeast India destinations, routes, hotels and travel products. Experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, B2C sales, tele-sales or customer service is preferred. Freshers with good communication skills, confidence and a strong willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
