Job Brief: We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales and Marketing executive to join our energetic team, add new and exciting energy and enthusiasm to the company, deliver individual and company’s growth. Responsibilities • Develop efficient and intuitive marketing and sales strategies in accordance with the overall company goals, vision and growth objectives. • Prepare a marketing and sales plan for intended products and services. • Help create and promote the overall brand identity of company. • Be a vital force in the creation and distribution of all varieties of marketing and sales materials. • Present projects and services to clients and work with them to strategize, grow and improve company’s portfolio according to their needs. • Plan and organize advertising and promotional campaigns/events. • Monitor competitor activity and brainstorms potential improvements or changes in marketing strategy, products, or services. • Collect and analyze market research data and apply it to current projects and services. • Provide updated status reports with statistics concerning current marketed projects and services. • Run campaigns across multiple social media platforms. • Foster and manage positive customer relationships. • Meeting or exceeding sales goals. • Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients (across India). Reach out and provide tele-marketing to clients in Asia Pacific region, Europe, US. • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs. • Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or to promote products and services. Qualifications and Skills: • MBA in Sales and Marketing, Business, or a Related Field • 0-2 years of Marketing Experience • Computer Proficiency, Creativity, Innovation, Adaptability, Interpersonal Communication, Client Relationships, Writing, Public Speaking, People Management, Leadership, Organization, Planning, Multi-Tasking, Budgeting, Research, Analysis Salary is negotiable.
